In 2019 I was hired to the West Michigan Ironmen, a professional arena football team based out of Muskegon, Michigan. In my 4 years with the team, I oversaw all aspects of game day operations, ensuring seamless execution of events, from pre-game preparations to post-game activities. Supervised the setup and breakdown of game day equipment, including audio-visual systems, promotional materials, and team facilities. I developed and implemented detailed game day plans, including timelines, staff assignments, and contingency plans to address any unexpected issues. I also directed a team of game day staff and volunteers, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure efficient operations. As Creative Director I collaborated with the marketing team to create engaging game day experiences for fans, including halftime shows, fan interactions, and promotional giveaways, as well as managed relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance the overall game day experience and secure necessary resources.
